Hi, I'm Micki Doodle, a children's and middle grade author who writes adventure stories inspired by travel, curiosity, and growing up far from the ocean while dreaming about it anyway.

My debut series, Cruisy Susy, follows an observant eleven-year-old navigating life aboard a cruise ship, discovering new ports, friendships, and what it means to feel at home in the world.

I write stories that celebrate exploration, kindness, and noticing the small details that make every place unique.
